Bluey mini-episodes have finally arrived, and they are as tiny as promised. The collection consists of seven short episodes that are just a few minutes long, which may not be enough to satisfy our craving for more until the next full-length episodes are released. These mini-episodes can be watched individually on the platform or as a compilation called “episode eight” on Disney+.
The first mini-episode, Burger Dog, features a catchy and amusing song that will stick in your head like glue. It follows Bandit around just like it haunts him after he lies to Bingo and Bluey about his phone dying. This episode may also leave you craving a burger.
In Bingo 3000, Bandit discovers that his child is playing with a broken android toy, resulting in a simple and amusing interaction. Muffin Unboxing showcases Muffin dealing with toy packaging and the need for batteries, making her a relatable character for many viewers.
In the episode Letter, Bluey and Bingo reminisce with their grandmother as they read a letter from a young Bandit who struggled with spelling. The humor in seeing Bandit get teased by his own children is a highlight of this episode.
Hungry features Bandit pretending to eat Bluey, only to realize that kids don’t sit well with him and he ends up regurgitating her. Three Pigs sees Bandit improvising a story about the three little pigs with the help of the kids, emphasizing the importance of imagination and collaboration in storytelling.
Animals shows Chili and Bingo engaging in a sweet and cozy storytelling session about animals on a park bench. The episode highlights Chili’s nurturing mom vibes and makes viewers wish they could be small and in their mother’s arms again.
If you’re left wanting more, fear not! A second batch of mini-episodes will be released at the end of the year, with the final batch coming in 2025. In the meantime, you can catch up on all things Bluey on Disney+.
